In Warendorf( Duitsland) heeft de Holsteiner Kampioen 2000 zijn zegentocht voortgezet. Van de 21 hengsten die daar hun "Hengstleistungspruefung" hebben afgelegd werd de 3-jarige CARABAS (Carnaby x Roberto x Mahmud) de ondubbelzinnige winnaar. Deze hengst won zowel de dressuur als het springen, waarvoor hij respectievelijk 9,05 en 9,12 punten behaalde. In Warendorf, Germany the Holsteiner champion of the year 2000 has done his stallion test. Out of 21 candidates CARABAS (Carnaby x Roberto x Mahmud) was the days champion. For jumping he received the notes 9,05 and 9,12. Zijn vader CARNABY is een kleinzoon van de overbekende Calypso II. De moeder ABONY STAR heeft via Roberto-Mahmud-Manometer xx een gedegen scheut prestatiebloed meegekregen. His father CARNABY is a grandson of the well-known CALYPSO II. The mother Ebony Star has received thru her pedigree Roberto x Maimed x Manometer ox a lot of interesting thoroughbred blood in her vanes.
CARABAS komt voort uit Holsteiner stam 2020. Hieruit zij o.a. voortgekomen de hengsten: Candiavolo ( Cantus x Fantast), Lorenzo (Locamo x Coran) en Patricius (Patricius xx x Lord). Vanwege de grote aanvraag is van CARABAS een beperkt aantal dekkingen beschikbaar in de Benelux. CARABAS finds its roots in stam 2020. It is the same bloodlines as from : Candiavolo (Cantus x Fantast), Lorenzi (Lacomo x Coran) and Patricius (Patricius xx x Lord). From Carabas only limited semen are available in Holland.
